THE UPPER YARRA RIFLE RANGE IS LICENSED FOR USE BY THE VICTORIAN POLICE UNDER SECTION 179 OF THE FIREARMS ACT 1996
Current Permit 118B-2001, dated 16th April 2010.
Please be advised that no shooting is allowed on the range unless authorised and controlled by the Rifle Club.
When shooting is under way, Flags must be displayed and a Qualified Range Officer in attendance.
Shooting without these is a chargeable offence and is actively monitored by the Victorian Police.
